Wondering who to contact for a problem, sugestion, anything? Well there are 4 types of admin on this site.
Administrator
The RPG Hoard is run by one admin who has all the controls at hand. The 'head honcho' you might say. Contact an Administrator if you have a major problem (legal issues, harassment, problems with another staff member, problems with the site, ect), although Administrators would be happy to help with general queries, concerns, and feedback.
Global Moderator
A Global Moderator's GM job is similar to an administrator's -- just handling general ticking of things. There is no specific area of work Global Mods do, they just do anything that needs doing and deal with problems any of the other staff may be facing. You can contact them for the same things you would contact an Administrator for.
Advertisment Moderator
This is the team of Mods who check all the ads and keep the ad section in order. If you have any issues dealing with advertisements listed, you can go to them.
Support Moderator
This is the team of Mods that are good with graphics and things and can help if you have site problems. They basicly keep the Support section in check, and deal with helping members with graphics and codes and things. If you have any Support issues, go to them.
Member Moderator
This is the team of Mods that keep the peace and run the Members section of the site. If you are caught rule-breaking in the Chat area, a Member Mod will handle it. If you have any general questions, you can ask a Member Mod, or if you want to report someone rule-breaking, contact a Member Mod.
Q&A
Q. I can't work out who to contact...
A. Try asking an Administrator or Global Moderator to refer you onto the right department or answer your question. Please remember that both Admins and GMs get alot of Messages and responses may not be so immediate.
Q. I havent gotten a reply yet....
A. If it has been over 3 days, chances are the staffer is away for awhile. Check the Departure board. If this happens, try contacting another Mod or even Admin.
Q. OMG can I be a Mod? Please please please?!
Occasionaly positions for staffers open up (such as when an old one leaves) for a certain type of Moderator. Do NOT contact an admin asking to be a Mod unless a position is open (it will say in the news on the main page).
